Ice Skater, 11, Heading to Junior Nationals
Lindsay Weinstein is making a name for herself on the ice.
An 11-year-old figure skater from Buffalo Grove is on her way to the junior nationals following an impressive performance this month at a regional competition.
Lindsay Weinstein, a sixth-grader at , placed fourth in the Upper Great Lakes Regional Competition. She will compete in December in the junior nationals event in Michigan.
Lindsay, who is coached by Alana Cohen, skates at and is a member of the DuPage Figure Skating Club.
