Cristel Mohrman has worked as a writer and editor in various Chicago suburbs since 2000. She started her career at Pioneer Press, where she served as a reporter and later as a managing editor, and has also worked as a writer and editor at a trade association. In her spare time, she is an active volunteer. Whether it's through writing or putting energy into planning and implementing volunteer projects, the local community is truly at the heart of all she does.
