Buffalo Grove Residents Receive College Scholarships

These four students received scholarships to attend Lake Forest College.

The following students from Buffalo Grove received scholarships to attend Lake Forest College this fall:

Kayla Huber was awarded an In-State Scholarship, given to well-qualified Illinois high school graduates and the Patterson Academic Scholarship, recognizing students with exemplary academic achievement. Huber is expected to graduate in 2016. Huber attended Buffalo Grove High School.

Samantha Milecki was awarded the Forester Forever Scholarship, recognizing students who have an association with an alumnus of Lake Forest College to celebrate the Forester community and network of alumni support and an In-State Scholarship, given to well-qualified Illinois high school graduates. Milecki is expected to graduate in 2016. Milecki attended Buffalo Grove High School.

Alexander Morozov was awarded the Forester Forever Scholarship, recognizing students who have an association with an alumnus of Lake Forest College to celebrate the Forester community and network of alumni support and the Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship for transfer students with memberships in the Phi Theta Kappa international honor society. Morozov is expected to graduate in 2014. Morozov attended Harper College.

Brittany Weber was awarded the Forester Forever Scholarship, recognizing students who have an association with an alumnus of Lake Forest College to celebrate the Forester community and network of alumni support and an In-State Scholarship, given to well-qualified Illinois high school graduates. Weber is expected to graduate in 2015. Weber attended Illinois State University.
