Twenty-nine Stevenson High School seniors have been selected as semifinalists in the 2014 National Merit Scholarship Competition, the high school reports in its Daily Digest.

Approximately 16,000 students are semifinalists in the 59th annual National Merit Scholarship Program. They will compete for some 8,000 National Merit scholarships worth more than $35 million offered next spring.
