Braiman Calls Money Magazine Recognition 'A Community Achievement'

Buffalo Grove Village President Jeff Braiman said he credits the community for the national recognition the village received in August from Money magazine.

The magazine ranked Buffalo Grove as the 46th best small town in the country. The village was the only Illinois town to make the list.

"It's truly a community achievement," said Braiman, who acknowledged the recognition during the Aug. 19 Village Board meeting.

Braiman said Buffalo Grove is made great by its schools, parks and open land, "but most importantly, our residents and what they do for the village."
