Police Blotter: Uninhabitable Apartment, Man Urinates on Door

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

A resident of the 800 block of Trace Drive reported that a stated that a male subject attempted to open the main door at 12:55 p.m. Dec. 27 and when it would not open for him, he unzipped and urinated on the door. The subject was gone when officers arrived.

A boyfriend and girlfriend drove the girlfriend’s intoxicated ex-boyfriend home from Chicago at 6:45 a.m. Dec. 27. When the trio arrived at the ex’s home, he refused to get out of the car. An altercation followed and the ex was taken into his home without further incident.

PHONE HARASSMENT

A resident reported Dec. 26 that his 11-year-old daughter received two picture messages of naked females on her cell phone via Pinger.com.

A resident reported Dec. 27 that her ex-fiancé has been calling, texting and otherwise harassing her since Dec. 13. The ex’s phone number has been blocked and the resident was given instructions on obtaining an order of protection. The resident did not want the officer to make contact with the ex at this time.

THEFT

A resident of the 600 block of Bordeaux Court West reported his license plate sticker was stolen from the plate between Dec. 19 and Dec. 27.

WARRANT

David O. Nudelman, 19, of the 300 block of Dogwood Terrace, Buffalo Grove, was arrested on a bond forfeiture warrant at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 27 on the 300 block of Dogwood Terrace.

WELL-BEING CHECK

A social worker reported being unable to make contact with a resident at 1:20 p.m. Dec. 27. Officers did not receive an answer at the door, but found the door unlocked. They entered and found the apartment full of trash. Officers found the resident in bed and he stated that he was fine and wanted to be left alone. Due to poor health, the resident was transported to the hospital by paramedics. The apartment was deemed uninhabitable by the health department.

OTHER INCIDENTS

Management on the 1100 block of North McHenry Road reported seeing two male teenagers running from the strip mall just as a fire alarm activated at 3 p.m. Dec. 27. Management was unable to give a distinct description of the teens.
