Police Blotter: Tires Damaged, Irate Customer

DISTURBANCE

A complainant reported an irate customer inside a store at 6 p.m. April 16 on the 1100 block of Lake-Cook Road. Officers arrived and escorted the customer outside, where he calmed down. He was told that the business requested that he did not return. 

IDENTITY THEFT

A resident reported April 16 that someone used his information to file a 2012 income tax return. 

NOISE COMPLAINT

A resident of the 100 block of Pine Tree Circle reported hearing loud noises coming from an upstairs unit at 4:59 p.m. April 16. Officers met with the neighbor and told her to stop making excessive noise. 

PROPERTY DAMAGE

A complainant reported damage to her vehicle while it was parked between midnight and 10 a.m. April 16 on a driveway on the 2800 block of Roslyn. Officers found damage to the tires of five other vehicles in the area. 

THEFT

A resident reported someone used her debit card to open a PayPal account between April 14-15.
