Police Blotter: Car Without Plates Abandoned on Street

ABANDONED VEHICLE
A resident of the 1-100 block of Ashford Court reported that a vehicle had was parked on the street with no license plates from noon Feb. 18 until 1:38 p.m. Feb. 19, when police were called. Police are attempting to contact the registered owner of the vehicle.
