Police Blotter: 3 DUIs, Golf Ball Breaks Window

ALCOHOL
Fernando C. Gutierrez, 25, of the 1300 block of Inverrary Lane, Palatine, was charged with driving under the influence, speeding and not carrying his driver’s license at 1:13 p.m. June 22 at Dundee and Weidner roads.
David Torres-Martinez, 22, of the 400 block of Inland Drive, Wheeling, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence on a suspended license and illegal lane usage at 3:04 p.m. June 22 on Dundee Road near Lake Boulevard.
Shane A. Moreno, 34, of the 12000 block of Graves Ave., Beach Park, was charged with driving under the influence, disobeying a traffic control device and operating an uninsured vehicle at 3:52 p.m. June 23 on Milwaukee Avenue and Busch Parkway.
LOST/FOUND PROPERTY
A resident reported June 22 that she was missing her purse. An officer met with her and provided a police report number and safeguards.
An officer on patrol found a license plate at 6:40 p.m. June 22 at Old Checker and Buffalo Grove roads. The owner was notified.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
A resident of the 1000 block of Auburn Lane reported his front and rear bumpers were damaged by an unknown source between 7 p.m. June 22 and 7 a.m. June 23.
A resident of the 800 block of Old Checker Road reported his window was damaged by a golf ball at 11:30 a.m. June 23. The golfer’s information was provided to the homeowner.
