Farmers Market Resumes Sunday
The second half of the Buffalo Grove farmers market season begins this weekend.
The Buffalo Grove farmers market continues Sunday, after a hiatus last week.
This weekend’s market will include entertainment by Mark & Jean, who will play folk and kids' songs with instruments for the kids to join in; Stephs' Baton Twirler Girls and RCJuggle doing balloon creations and juggling.
To kick off the second half of the market season, at the information booth. This will be the last opportunity for a tote this year. Buffalo Grove Patch representatives will be on hand to help with the bag distribution.

Non-profits this week are Orphans of the Storm, with kittens at their booth and for the United Way of Lake County’s effort. The Expressions will sell water and pop.
Customers are encouraged to bring nonperishable items to benefit the food pantry. Collection boxes will be back at the information booth.

The market runs from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Sundays at through Oct. 16.
