BG Boy's 1992 Madonna Cover Video Resurfaces
Stevenson graduate Shaun Sperling has posted his dance to Madonna's "Vogue" on YouTube, where it's creating a sensation.
Buffalo Grove resident Shaun Sperling kicked off his bar mitzvah celebration in 1992 with a solo dance to Madonna's "Vogue."
Two decades later, he posted the video on YouTube, where it has gained more than 1.1 million views to date. (It's attached at right.)
Sperling, who graduated from Stevenson High School in 1997, visited the school this week to deliver a message to students through his YOUniversity motivational speaking program, the school reported in its Daily Digest.

"Shaun’s experience 'going viral' with a video of him dancing to Madonna’s ‘Vogue’ at his 1992 Bar Mitzvah helped him realize that the best ingredient for living a successful life is knowing who you are," Sperling's website states.
