DUI, Theft, Lost License Plate Reported in Buffalo Grove

ALCOHOL
Jonathon A. Counley, 26, of the 100 block of Bernard, Buffalo Grove, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper display of permit and driving without insurance at 3:20 a.m. Dec. 16 at Raupp Boulevard and St. Mary’s Parkway.
FOUND PROPERTY
An Illinois license was found at 2 p.m. Dec. 16 in the Village Hall parking lot, 50 Raupp Boulevard. Several attempts to contact the registered owner were unsuccessful. The plate will be maintained at the police department for safekeeping.

THEFT
A complainant reported a theft from her purse at 4:57 p.m. Dec. 16 while inside Dominick’s, 770 Buffalo Grove Road. It was unknown how or exactly where the theft took place.
