Meditation (Easy Meditation to De-Stress)
The deep benefits of meditation include physical, emotional, mental, as well as spiritual wellbeing. Meditation slows the pace of aging in us, and increases the quality of our life. It helps us be less reactive to the ups and downs of life, and brings compassion and acceptance of ourselves and of people around us. Simple meditation techniques will be discussed and a short guided meditation will be included. This hour will be fun, and will enable you to apply these simple, yet powerful techniques in your daily life. No prior meditation experience is required for attending this class. (CE)
