GMOs have been
found to cause asthma, allergies, intestinal problems, organ damage and
infertility.  What are GMOs?  Genetically Modified Organisms, also
known as genetically engineered foods.  They are in 70-80% of the food
on grocery store shelves. 


Join our meeting to learn more, get your
questions answered and to hear about efforts in Illinois to get foods that
have GMOs labeled.  We cannot stop companies from making GMOs but we can
work toward giving consumers information so that they can make their own
choices.   This is a meeting of the "Illinois Right to Know
