Debbie Friend, Neighbor

As the owner and operator of LifeCurrents, Debbie Friend leads educational, enjoyable and highly effective stress management and laughter yoga sessions at corporations, schools, spas, non-profits, religious organizations and for the special-needs community. Every program is unique, creative and individually tailored to address each client's needs.

Debbie holds a Master of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation. She is also a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader. Debbie recently completed studies and earned the recognition as a Certified Intrinsic Coach.

Her professional memberships include: The American College of Sports Medicine, The National Society of Physical Activity Practitioners in Public Health and Toastmasters International.
