Welcome to Buffalo Grove Patch! I'm Cristel Mohrman, and I am the editor of this site — your one-stop shop for everything you want and need to know about life in Buffalo Grove. Perhaps we've already met. I, along with a team of contributors, spent the summer traveling across the village, meeting community leaders, business owners and residents, learning about the issues that are important to you. I'd like to thank the many people who immediately embraced the Patch concept and took time out of their busy schedules to meet with me, ask questions, suggest stories and provide helpful hints, which ranged from people I should know to tips like, "If you cover the Village Board meetings, bring snacks."
