Buffalo Grove's Blockbuster Video store has again slashed its prices — and customers won't have to return their selections. The store is among hundreds of Blockbuster locations across the nation that will close this year. Signs in the Buffalo Grove store's window tout prices up to 90 percent off, including DVDs for $2.99 or less. Everything in the store, from movies to fixtures, is for sale. A liquidation sale is underway at Buffalo Grove’s Blockbuster Video store, where movies, video games, candy and even store fixtures are priced to sell. Items in the store are marked up to 70 percent off. The liquidation sale will run through March 24, an employee said. Blockbuster’s parent company, Dish Network, announced last month plans to close about 300 stores across the nation, the Huffington Post reported. The company also closed about 500 stores in 2012, according to the website. Around 500 stores will remain after this round of closures, Huffington Post reported.
