Obituary: Shawna Lee Daro, 30, Formerly of Palatine, Kildeer
Shawn Daro was killed in a Chicago car accident on Tuesday. Visitation for the Stevenson High School graduate will be held on Monday in Palatine and funeral mass will be held Tuesday at Holy Name Cathedral in Chicago.
Shawna Lee Daro was born on March 23, 1982 and passed away on January 29, 2013. Daro, 30, of Chicago, is formerly of Kildeer and Palatine. Beloved daughter of Tim and Linda Daro; loving sister of Meghan (Matt) Frisch and Matthew Daro; cherished granddaughter of Robert and Barbara Deja and the late Stanley and Sabina Daro; fond niece and cousin to many. Funeral Information Visitation Monday, February 4 from 3 p.m until 9 p.m. at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy., Palatine. Family and friends will meet Tuesday at Holy Name Cathedral, 735 N. State St., Chicago, for visitation from 9:30am until time of mass at 10:30am. Interment will be private.
