New Restaurant Building Under Construction
A building that will house three new Buffalo Grove restaurants is under construction.
Progress is apparent on the construction of a building that will house three new restaurants in Buffalo Grove. Exterior brick walls are slowly replacing the vacant lot at the southwest corner of Dundee and Arlington Heights roads. The site, which was formerly home of The Melting Pot, will soon include Noodles & Co., Moe's Southwest Grill and a third eatery. The property owner is working with the Buffalo Grove Plan Commission to amend the planned unit development and receive a recommendation for a drive-through facility for the third store front. Deputy Village Manager Ghida Neukirch said the owner hopes to bring a coffee shop to the location.
