Deer Path Inn Bought for $9.3 Million
The Lake Forest hotel has been in operation for more than 100 years. The original building was constructed as a home in the 1860s on Deerpath Road, according to the Lake Forest-Lake Bluff Historical Society’s website

GBN Students Improvise For Tornado Relief
Glenbrook North students raised more than $1,200.00 to help the victims of the Washington, Ill. tornado. Eight kids faced off in a Comedy Sportz improvisational fundraiser that incorporated audience suggestions to influence the scenes.
