The Wheeling Jaycees will hold a car wash at Culver's event on July 17. They will provide car washes to Culver's patrons and accept donations.
Culver's customers who mention the Wheeling Jaycees on July 17 will also have 20 percent of their bill donated to the Jaycees. The money will benefit the organization's various charitable and community service events.
