Stevenson to Play Semifinals on Home Turf

The varsity football team will face Loyola Academy in Saturday's state semifinals.

The Stevenson Patriots will play in the state semifinals Saturday on home turf.

The Patriots will face Loyola Academy at 1 pm. The gates will open at 11:30 a.m.

The game follows Stevenson’s 14-0 win over Barrington last week in the quarterfinals. The semifinal game will be Stevenson’s third in school history, according to the school’s Daily Digest.

Loyola Academy beat Maine South 35-0 last week.

Admission to Saturday’s game is $6. No athletic passes will be accepted.

Tickets also will be sold at the Patriot Superstore during the lunch periods Monday through Friday, and before school Tuesday through Friday.
