As the 2014 soccer season gets underway, the Chicago Sun-Times has ranked the top 20 area girls' high school soccer teams — as well as individuals — to watch for this spring, according to High School Cube News.
Buffalo Grove topped the Sun Times' list, coming in at No. 1, with Senior Allie Ingham ranked as one of the top forwards to watch in the area, and midfielders Skylar Groth, and Kelli Zickert, both seniors, also making the list, according to High School Cube News.
Other teams in the top five include: Waubonsie Valley (No. 2), Naperville North (No. 3), Barrington (No. 4), and Neuqua Valley (No. 5).
