Buffalo Grove Athlete Finishes Strong at Track Finals
Kaitlyn Ko of Buffalo Grove High School took 15th place in the 3,200-Meter Run.
Buffalo Grove High School’s Kaitlyn Ko had a strong showing at the Girls Track & Field state finals this weekend, according to the Illinois High School Association’s website.
Ko took 15th place in the 3,200-Meter Run with a time of 11:02.77. The winner in the event was Madeline Perez of Glenbard West with a time of 10:22.29.

Stevenson High School’s Shannon Legge also qualified for the state meet in the shot put event, but did not place in the finals.
