To help inform residents who are currently caring for aging parents or may be in the future, State Rep. Carol Sente (D-Vernon Hills) will host a Children of Aging Parents Symposium.
Attendees will hear from experts in the field about how to handle the legal, financial, and emotional issues that arise while caring for aging parents, including an explanation of power of attorney and advice on appropriate and effective care and housing.
