Stress Management During the Holiday Season

During the holidays stress can be at an all-time high and lead to high blood pressure, muscle tension, headaches, and irritability. Join Dr. Katie Sleigh and Dr. Kim Mullan, of Willow Yoga in Arlington Heights, for a workshop on how to help keep your stress levels under control this holiday season. Kim Mullan will demonstrate how yoga can ease stress relief. Dr. Sleigh will offer other stress management tips and demonstrate stress-relieving stretches and exercises.  You will leave this presentation relaxed and ready to take on the holidays.
