NCJW Presents Chocolate or Vanilla: An Evening with Gale Gand

Join us for an evening of holiday inspired fun and learning as nationally acclaimed pastry chef Gale Gand demonstrates favorite recipes from her book "Chocolate and Vanilla" and talks about being a Jewish leader in the culinary world.

Gand is a restaurateur, cookbook author, television personality, root beer maker, and mom. An executive pastry chef and partner of the Five Diamond, four star restaurant TRU in Chicago, with its newly awarded Michelin star, she was named pastry chef of the year by The James Beard Foundation and Bon Appétit magazine in 2001.

Appetizers and Gand's sweet treats will be served. Gand's books available for purchase (cash/ check only). Event proceeds support NCJW's programs for education, advocacy & community service.
