Intro to Cooking

Is your child a serious cook? Would he/she like to learn a little more about cooking techniques? In this workshop kids will learn basic knife skills and basic cooking techniques such as searing, braising and grilling. Kids will then work together to create a delicious dinner along with dessert! Appropriate for ages 8+. $20 per child  (please note this workshop is more advanced than previous classes and requires attentiveness to instructors).
