Experiences of a Hidden Child: In Honor of Yom HaShoah

A hidden child of the Holocaust, Marguerite Mishkin discusses her experiences.  After the war, she was removed from a Belgian family’s care and sent to a Jewish orphanage in Brussels.  Adopted by a Chicago rabbi and his wife in 1950, Marguerite grew up in Chicago, graduated from Roosevelt University, and became a teacher.  Now retired, she tells her story. Registration required.
