The Woodlands of Fiore in Buffalo Grove offers a mix of town homes and single family homes. Woodlands of Fiore was built in the early 1990's. The subdivision is made up of townhomes and single family homes. The town homes range from 2 - 4 bedrooms and 2 - 2.5 bathrooms, 1300 - 2900 sq. ft. The average price of the townhomes are from $225k - $400k.  The single family homes are generally 4 bedroom and 2.5 baths and they range from 2300 - 2800 sq. ft. Many of the single family homes come complete with single family basements and are on nice sized lots, some close to a half an acre.

Woodlands of Fiore is across the street from Woodland Commons shopping center. This shopping area has just about anything you could ask for including a Marianos Supermarket, Fitness 19, JCC and Michael's Redhots. Woodlands of Fiore is also close to the Westfield Hawthorne Shopping Mall. There are tons of options for recreation such as movie theatres, miniatre golf, ice skating and a world class gymnastics center.
