Definitely Sweatshop! Our rapping dancing charming Matt always keeps workouts exciting and fun!! Never a dull moment at the weekend boot camp where it's 45 mins of outdoor heart-pumping exercises followed by a weekly theme changing 15min indoor music exercise time. One minute you're slowly baby cradling your weights to the music only to realize that the beat starts to pick up and your kicking your time away with the Foo Fighters as the BGM. Matt and Ben know everyone's name and everyone leaves smiling but exhausted. Pure bliss.

I've never had fun working out until I met Matt and Ben at the Sweatshop!! I haven't missed a day yet and look forward to each Saturday morning bootcamp. If you think "you can't", then you haven't been to the Sweatshop. They are motivating, encouraging, entertaining, challenging, and FUN!!

Sweatshop is the most effective workout place in ILLINOIS!!!! No two workouts are ever the same and you never know what to expect. Matt and Ben have so much charisma, its never boring. The pouring sweat makes my eyes burn and I would not have it any other way!

The name of the game is sweat at this place, and the result? Functional strength, reduction in inches, increase in power, and a decrease in unnecessary weight. Been there only 5 days and already noticing a change, getting my waist back, and feeling better in my clothes. Muscle confusion tied with accomplishing challenges are wrapped in a bow of music worth listening to. This is a gift, and this is how you rock, AND roll. You don't need P90x. You need the Sweatshop.

The Sweat Shop is fun and it changes lives. I have been working out for years without a big change. Matt and Ben keep it fun change things up and make you sweat. I have lost 15lbs and 4% body fat. Who needs Bally's when you have the Sweat Shop.

Sweatshop rules! I don't like working out but Matt & Ben have found a way to keep me motivated. Shhh, don't tell them, but it's actually fun to go there.

I have worked out at many different places and have not found anything close to The Sweatshop! We have so much fun working out there with Matt and Ben that we don't even realize how sweaty and tired we are! I have made so many new friends there as well. We always have a blast! And the best part about it is that we are burning tons of calories at the same time. There is no other place like it!

Matt and Ben are incredible trainers who not only work you out and motivate you, they also help out their community and fundraisers their members have...look here! http://www.iamselfless.org/2012/07/02/the-sweatshop-takes-on-liver-disease/

Sweatshop beats any other workout place that I have ever tried and trust me I tried many... but after few weeks they were all this same. Here I was stuck doing this same old boring routines! Well, that is not the case at the Sweatshop! Matt and Ben make their workouts fun and their workouts are never this same. So if you are sick and tired of your boring workout routine at the gym.. Give Sweatshop a try! These guys will have you sweating in no time! In less than a month I lost 18 lbs. and 2 pant sizes! Thanks Matt & Ben for your kick ass workouts & all of your help :)

Truly the above comments are right on! These guys know how to get even the most de-conditioned person moving, and in a matter of a few short weeks that same individual can feel a sense of pride, accomplishing much in areas of strength and endurance. The pay-offs are numerous: Gained energy and stamina, and if weight loss is a goal, along with other measured health benefits (lowering blood pressure, blood sugar, etc), is the rule, not the exception. C'mon in and see for yourself the testimonials on the wall, website, and in action! Age, body shape, athletic abilities are definitely not a factor as Matt and Ben cater to the individual. Warning: Once you enter, this may become a habit, albeit a good one!

Sweatshop is always a great time. Matt and Ben somehow have the ability to make pushing yourself to the limit (painful for many) a fun thing, which is nothing like Ive ever experienced. Always expect something new and highly questionable here (in a good funny way). Even if you aren't a multiple-time-a-weeker its a great supplement to a regular lifting regimen.
