Lake County Voters Can Print Registration Cards at Home

Lost your Certificate of Registration? It's easy to obtain a new one.

Lake County voters can now print their Voter's Certificate of Registration card by visiting the County Clerk's website.

In November 2011, every Lake County registered voter received a new Voter's Certificate of Registration as part of congressional, state senate and county board redistricting. Voters who have misplaced their cards can print replacements by visiting LakeVoterPower.info and entering information to confirm voter registration status. Follow the link for "Certificate of Registration" to produce the new card.

Often referred to as a "Voter ID Card," the Voter's Certificate of Registration lists one's Election Day voting site, districts serving the voter's address and a QR code linking smart devices to the Voter Power webpage. The card is not considered valid identification for voting purposes.
