Commissioner Dan Patlak will conduct two tax appeal seminars in Elk Grove Township in April to educate taxpayers on the process of filing an appeal. Patlak's office is available to assist property owners who may have an inaccurate assessment.
Both seminars will be held at the Elk Grove Township Office in Arlington Heights.
The first seminar is sponsored by Elk Grove Township Assessor Connie Carosielli and Elk Grove Clerk Michael Sweeney.
