Buffalo Grove Plans Memorial Day Ceremony
Community members are invited to attend.
Buffalo Grove will mark Memorial Day with a 30-minute ceremony beginning at 11 a.m. May 28 at Knopf Cemetery. The community is invited to attend.
The event, Village Clerk Janet Sirabian said, will be “a very respectful Memorial Day service.”
“It’s just a really nice, short service. I would urge you to come out and honor those who have given their lives for us,” she said.

The cemetery is located on Arlington Heights Road, just north of Checker Road. Street parking will be available, or attendees can walk to bike to the event, Sirabian said.
