Wheeling Factory Worker's Hand Crushed in Machinery

The man was flown to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, the Daily Herald reports.

 

A man working at Crescent Cardboard Company in Wheeling was flown to a nearby hospital after crushing his hand in a factory accident, the Daily Herald reports.

The man’s hand was reportedly caught in an industrial roller machine. Nearby fire departments worked to disassemble the machine to free his hand and flew him to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, the newspaper reports. His current condition is unknown.
