Up to $1,000 Missing from Lost Wallet

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Six juveniles were charged with disorderly conduct at 1:05 p.m. Sept. 7 at Buffalo Grove High School, after they were identified by security video following a fight.

THEFT

A clerk at a gas station on the 1-100 block of Lake-Cook Road reported someone filled a green Honda Accord at 7:50 p.m. Sept. 9 and left without paying the $33 bill. The license plate provided did not match the vehicle.

A resident was notified by a grocery store on the 1-100 block of McHenry Road that his wallet was found on a store shelf two hours after he made a purchase Sept. 9. The resident retrieved the wallet and reported $900 to $1,000 in cash was missing. Officers will review store surveillance videos.

ALCOHOL

Nicole M. Wiegel, 21, of the 1-100 block of Lake Street, Lake Zurich, was charged with driving under the influence at 3:05 a.m. Sept. 10 on the Lake-Cook Road ramp at Riverwalk.

OTHER INCIDENTS

A teenage resident reported Sept. 9 that while he was using his Xbox game system someone communicated that his account would be hacked. The resident turned off the device and when he turned it on again his account profile, which included identifying information and credit card details, was gone. Officers advised him to contact the system's support services.

An officer found a homeless person sleeping in the bathroom of the train station, 2701 Main St., at 1:40 a.m. Sept. 10. The person declined help and waited in a shelter for a ride to arrive.
