A resident reported at 7:30 a.m., Nov 27, that she drops her son off at school, and a male subject is usually there and often follows the resident to her home. On occasions the male subject has presented hand gestures to the resident. An officer spoke with the male subject who denied following the resident. Since the resident took a different route home on this day, the subject was asked why he took that route also. He replied because of a traffic backup.
