Police Blotter: Teen Faces Fallout From Mom In Drive-By Egging

COMPLAINT

Association representatives at the Oak Creek complex requested that police ask nonresidents to leave at 4:50 p.m. June 28 due to continuous issues with people hanging around. A 15-year-old boy was asked to leave but returned later. An officer located the youth, contacted his mother and advised her of the complaint and police contact.

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES

An individual reported May 28 that a patient paid for dental services on May 23 with a check that was returned from the bank for insufficient funds. The individual has attempted to contact the patient and sent a certified letter, which had been accepted. Investigators will follow up.

PHONE HARASSMENT

A resident reported June 28 that his 14-year-old son is getting a number of text messages that threaten bodily harm. When the resident looked outside, he noted an older model Chevrolet parked outside his home on the 400 block of St. Mary’s Parkway. When the resident went outside, the car took off. An officer called the offender’s cell phone and left a message.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

A driver reported that a Chevrolet Tahoe drove past his vehicle at a high rate of speed and the occupants threw eggs at his car at 11:10 p.m. June 28 on Willow Parkway near Half Day Road. The driver was able to get the registration. An officer contacted the registered owner, who stated that her 16-year-old son had the car and he was at a sleepover. The mother picked up her son, spoke to the other boys and contacted all of their parents. The mother stated that her son would forward a letter of apology to the driver. No complaints were signed.
