A resident reported that when he returned home at 10:20 a.m. Feb. 26, there was a white van parked across the street with a female occupant. The resident said the woman previously had broken into his office. When the occupant spotted the resident, police said “she saluted with the finger” and drove off. An officer left a message for the woman, and the resident obtained an order of protection.
