COMPLAINT

A resident reported at 1:15 p.m. April 12 that her neighbor’s landscaper would not pick up grass clipping that came onto her property. The resident did not want the landscaper to come on her property but wanted him to reach over the fence and pick up the clippings. The resident relented and allowed the landscaper to come into her yard and pick up the loose grass.
