Buffalo Grove Promotes Yellow Dot Program

The Yellow Dot Program could help save a driver's life after an accident.

The Buffalo Grove Fire Department is encouraging residents to take part in the Illinois Yellow Dot Program, reports the Chicago Tribune.
In the program, drivers place a yellow dot on the lower corner of the rear window of their vehicle, on the driver's side. The dot tells first responders that the occupants' information is written in a booklet in the glove compartment.  For information, call 847-537-0995 or go here.
