Buffalo Grove Man Accused of Having Sex with 12-Year-Old
The two allegedly met on an online dating website, according to the Chicago Tribune.
A Buffalo Grove man has been charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a victim younger than 13 after allegedly having sex with a 12-year-old girl, according to the Chicago Tribune.
Tal Vardy, who the paper reported is either 18 or 19 years old, allegedly met the girl on an online dating website, the Tribune reported. His lawyer said Vardy thought the girl was an adult, according to the Tribune.
Bail for Vardy, of the 700 block of Thompson Boulevard, was set Sunday at 150,000, the newspaper reported.
