Update: Accident With Injuries Closes Buffalo Grove Road at Dundee Road
Details are still forthcoming, but a two-car crash just after 1 p.m. closed Buffalo Grove Road near Dundee Road for about a half hour as police worked to clear the scene. The road has now been reopened.

A two car accident at 1:00p.m. this afternoon at Buffalo Grove and Dundee Roads sent one person to the hospital with non-life threatning injuries, according to Steven Husak, Buffalo Grove deputy police chief.
Husak said Buffalo Grove Road was closed near the intersection for 45 minutes after one of the drivers involved made a left turn in front of the other and was hit.

Buffalo Grove Road near the intersection of Dundee Road was closed for roughly 30 minutes earlier today due to a two-car crash.
"It was a significant accident involving two vehicles-there were injuries-our officers are gathering details now and were just able to reopen the road," said Steve Husak, Buffalo Grove deputy police chief.
