Waste Management woes continue....

Have other BG residents had as much trouble as I have with these new Waste Management trash cans?  To start with, when they dropped them off in my neighborhood back in April, I never received one.  The ones they did deliver to my neighbors are too large to fit in most of their 1-car garages.  After trading a few emails with Waste Management, they said that they would deliver one of the new 35-gallon totes to me within 5 business days.  This was 3 weeks ago.  Today, being my garbage collection day, I put out my own garbage can the same way I have been doing it all along.  I assume the collector thought I didn't need it anymore and took the whole thing!  I didn't put one of those orange "TAKE" stickers on it or anything.  Not that I was overly attached to my garbage can, but they basically stole my property!  I hope WM can straighten this whole thing out.
