it's a beautiful day ...

Stress, we all have it. It debilitates your appreciation of living. What if I could show you how to practically, almost instantly reduce, even remove your stress! It's called tai chi. Tai chi is a defense mechanism and it's practiced for health benefits. Tai chi is basic slow movements. It goes back five hundred years.

When I was in China, I saw hundreds, even thousands of people practice their movements, early every morning. It is particularly experienced by the elderly. One very simple technique that I learned decades ago is so easy, anyone can do it. Even you and I guarantee you, it will work every time you perform it.

The key element is to recognize when you need to perform it. So when you are at wits end and ready to explode, that's the signal. I want you to understand that this can change your life.

It will prevent you from doing something irrational. It can even stop an anxiety attack from occurring and reduce your odds of a heart attack. So pay attention, here goes...

Step one-stand with feet shoulders apart and bend your knees slightly. Now close your eyes and extend your arms out. Pretend your hugging a tree. Now think about a pleasant place (like a favorite vacation spot)

NOW open your eyes. That's it!

Amazing isn't it? It transforms you to a state of grace. I write daily to connect you to beauty. Beauty is disguised in many ways. Many ways it's so simple, right there for the reaching. You just open your eyes. In today's lesson, ironically, you close your eyes. When you connect with beauty, it cannot hide.
