Sente Brainstorms Ideas for Public Safety Legislation; Holds Meeting to Incorporate Police Chief Feedback
Vernon Hills, Ill. –State Representative Carol Sente, D-Vernon Hills, met with area police chiefs to explore new concepts for public safety legislation on Friday morning.
“Maintaining an ongoing dialogue with local police chiefs to identify the rapidly evolving needs of local and state law enforcement is very important to me, as it helps to ensure that they have the tools they need to keep our families safe,” Sente said. “We are very fortunate to have some of the greatest minds in law enforcement protecting our neighborhoods, and I consider their feedback invaluable when it comes to advocating for public safety.”
