Sente Announces Mobile Office Hours

LINCOLNSHIRE, IL – State Rep. Carol Sente (D-Vernon Hills) announced that her staff will be hosting Mobile Office Hours at the Indian Trails Library located at 355 S. Schoenbeck Rd. in Wheeling on Wednesday, March 20th from 5 to 7 pm.

“By expanding my office hours and locations, I hope to make communication more convenient for the working families in our community and those who are otherwise busy during the day,” Sente said. “Everyone deserves to have their opinion heard and this is just one more opportunity that will help to accomplish that.”

Residents of House District 59 are invited to stop by and exchange information on happenings in the community, share their views on legislation and fill out a short constituent opinion survey. Those who are unable to attend extended office hours, or who also wish to participate in an informal dialogue with Sente, may attend her upcoming Coffee Shop Stop on Saturday, March 23rd, from 9 to 10 am at the Starbucks in Buffalo Grove at 1665 N. Buffalo Grove Rd.

“I believe it is essential for public servants to reach out into the community as well as offer a variety of outlets for their constituents to reach them,” Sente said. “There are so many crucial issues before us in the House including pension reform, economic development, and education proposals; and the consequences and impact these issues have on our daily lives is enormous. It’s too important not to be part of the solution.”
