Howard Mendelsohn, 81, of Buffalo Grove died Oct. 26.
He was the beloved husband of Dale (nee Dubman); loving father of Robyn Mendelsohn, Sheryl (Jeffrey) Eckles, Pamela Fox and Hal (Sharon) LeVine; and proud grandfather of Kyle, Chad and Marissa.
Howard stayed with his beloved Dale until the last moment, which he wanted so dearly.

A graveside service will be held at noon Oct. 29 at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 S. Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lungevity Foundation, 218 S. Wabash Avenue, Suite 540, Chicago, IL. 60604.
