Services Set for Helen Rappaport

Helen Rappaport, 92, a Holocaust survivor, died Aug. 29. 

She was the loving wife of the late Herman Rappaport; the devoted mother of Jackie (John) Diels and Anita (Chris) Scanlon; proud grandmother of Sarah, Molly, Marty and Sophie; and the cherished sister of the late Miriam (the late Moshe) Snitzler, Bernard (the late Rose) Herskovic, Malka (the late Seymour) Berkowitz, Morris (the late Shirley) Herskovic, Eugene (the late Raia) Herskovic, Arnold (the late Matilda) Herskovic and her identical twin, Pearl (the late Marc) Pufeles. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

A service will be held at 1 p.m. Sept. 8 at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Blvd., Skokie. Interment will be in Shalom Memorial Park.
