Services for Skip Hart
Arthur "Skip" Hart recently retired from his role as the Buffalo Grove Fire Department's public education officer.
A wake will be held today (Tuesday) for Buffalo Grove Fire Inspector Arthur "Skip" Hart, who passed away last week from cancer.
Hart, who after 16 years with the fire department, conducted fire safety education programs in the community. He was also the publisher of the fire department's monthly newsletter, "The Fireplug."
A wake will be held from 4-9 p.m. Tuesday at Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Road, Cary. A funeral will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 2107 Three Oaks Road, Cary.
